世界的工業デザイナー奥山清行氏×演出家・映画監督松尾衡氏が再現する「記憶の原点」
「ガンダム40周年」および「ガンプラ40周年」を彩る特別なガンダムが登場。

■人間らしいフォルムや動きにこだわりつつ、リアリティの伴う構造を追求。18mのMSを通常の工業製品と同様のデザイン製作工程を踏み、3Dで設計しながら検証。
■四肢の可動範囲や関節構造などは現実的な工業デザインを踏まえつつ構成。
■頭部のメインカメラはライン状に可動することをイメージし、ホイルシールで表現。
■脚部は可動に加え、シルエットにも重点を置いてデザイン。しなやかな跳躍を想起させる。
■腕部の関節は人間の骨格を意識。近接格闘を想定して前腕に関節を追加し、より人体を感じさせるラインを実現。
■腹部のねじりと伸ばす動きにおいては人体よりも広い可動を発揮。人間的な動きとガンダムのデザインを融合した可動を表現。
■全身の輪郭は立体的で緩やか。未来を感じさせる特徴的なボディラインを表現。
