ザクタンク自体ジオン開発部はジオン勝利後の新世界のための復興作業用として国民に宣伝した機体って設定だし

初出は連ジだったかとでゲームオリジナル
本来の設定のザクタンクにキャノン付けても管制システムが無いから遠距離メクラ撃ちで近距離モノアイ直視でしか撃てない
射撃反動にも下半身マゼラベースが耐えれるか微妙
武装ザクタンクのワイルドボアも戦闘中急旋回とか禁止されてる設定

ワイルドボアとかがそうだね
余り物ザクマシンガンニコイチにして装備させて射撃援護…無いよりはマシなぐらい末期ジオン追い詰められてた

連邦は作業には普通の重機あるから作る意味が無い
戦時中ジムの仕事はあくまでMSキラー専念で戦後はそれこそザクタンク接収して便利だねと使ったし

ゲームの場合は戦闘ゲームバランスのためだからしゃーない
ボール遠距離射撃とかザクとジム同等とかメタスに修理装置とか
ジムのスプレーガン近距離一撃必殺なんて設定再現されても困るし
