元々余りに余った出力をせっかくだから活かそうみたいな感じのオマケ武器だし変形機構の邪魔にならないのが頭くらいしかない
フルアーマーの方では一番収まりのいい腹に付けられた

センサー類が集中してるらしい部分に60mmの機関砲なんてもん二挺も乗っけてる兵器が人の形して歩いてる世界じゃ
むしろ内蔵火器としては普通なのでは
おなかとか胸とかにつける方が射角制限されそう

初代のころから「たかがメインカメラ」って言ってるぐらい、MSのセンサーなんて全身にある前提
利点があるとすれば、体全体の比率からすると頭なんてたかが知れている
その大きさの中にハイメガキャノンを収めているのなら、ZZの頭は砲台前提の作りと見た方がいい
そう考えると一撃必殺の使い捨ての兵器としては有能だろ
あと、パイロットの視線方向に確実に撃てるんじゃね？サイコミュとのリンク精度が高ければ
意味が無いとか否定なんて馬鹿でもできる
「なぜそうした機能がそこにあるのか」を考えるのがオタクの楽しみだろうが
自分たちの想像力の無さを嘆け

昔からハイメガキャノンの威力には納得いかない
こんな小さい砲身？から出るビームが超強力ってなるとメガバズーカランチャーとかの大型火器の諸々はなんなんだよってなる

ZZって分離、変形機構にジェネレーター3つ、数えるのも面倒な量のスラスターとかで全身パンパンに詰まってるからなあ
積載空間的に頭部が1番余裕あるとか言われても普通に納得するわ

あとまあ、正直MSの頭部ってセンサーの集合体より砲塔である方が独立して可動する意味ある気もするしな
