ガザCの次に前線に出てきたアクシズ製MSだと思うと
キュベレイってファンネルが使える以外は結構微妙な機体なんじゃ…って思えてしまう
実際完全上位互換の量産型とか出てきちゃってるし

ザクⅡが一年戦争を通して改修受けてて後期はほとんど別物って設定が生えてきたように
帳尻合わせるためにキュベレイにもそういう設定あるのかな

基本キュベレイでごく稀に他に乗ってもガザとかアッガイとかなせいで
ZZ頃ののあんまごちゃごちゃしい機体は好まなそうな勝手なイメージがある

    Z小説版だとミネバが持つザビ家血統ゆえの貫禄に気圧された描写もあるから、
    グレミーらザビ派が健在のままミネバが成長した場合にハマーンがどうしたか興味深くはある。

    プル用キュベレイmk2、プルツー用キュベレイmk2はZのキュベレイとそっくりだけど
    ZZ用に新しい設定画が起こされてて、コンテナが少し大きくなって背中側のバインダーにスラスターが追加されたりしてるから
    ハマーンのキュベレイもZZの時点では近代化改修してるんじゃないかなー

    流石に手付かずってことはないだろうからmk-Ⅱや量産型からのフィードバックはされてるでしょう

    スパロボTで加入させた時のHi-νやナイチンゲールに匹敵する機体性能のやつは確実にガワだけキュベレイで中身は別物だと思うけど

    マークIIや百式が続投になったり人気キャラのプル姉妹が色違いなだけの既存機体だったり、プラモ部門の予算縮小は見てとれる
