ガンダムって放送の間に兵器もパイロットも進歩していてそれが次世代・次回作につなげやすかった気がする
ガンダム以外のロボットアニメってそれが出来てないのも多いような

結局ザンボットダイターンガンダムが面白いのは1話完結の連続だからなんよ
ザブングルダンバインエルガイムはだらだら続いて1話ごとの区切りが希薄なの

ナウシカより早くナウシカしてた作品だな
主人公が美少女じゃなくどぐされまんじゅうだけど
ブルーストーンが何の役にも立たないゴミ鉱石ってのは衝撃だった

ガンダムって結局、話を畳み切れずにズルズル続いた結果、コンテンツとして膨大に成った気がする。

監督を依頼された作品だしな。

冨野がパヤオの才能に焦って未来少年コナンをやろうとしたんだろ
それはそれとしてすげー面白いしすごい好き
今リメイクしたらめちゃくちゃすげー作品になると思う

ちょっとワンピースとか、世界舞台の影響受けてるんじゃないかってみてるんだけどね、まだわからんけど

ナニをもってガンダムになるというのだ？

戦争ものじゃないし、旅物語やヒーローものでもない、あえて言うならギャグの入ったロードムービーに近い作品だ

ザブングルはザブングルで良いんだよ、ガンダムやボトムズに近づけたらもう完全に別物だろう

物語を回すギミックとなった世界の問題が完全解決されてしまったら、物語は続かないよ。
ザブングルでいえば、イノセントとシビリアンという種の対立が解消されてしまった。
ガンダムの場合は、それがただの国家間戦争だったし、戦争の原因（≒地球居住者と宇宙居住者の対立）自体は解決されていないから、いくらでも引き延ばされることになった。

お子さまだった当時、放送前にボンボンで公開された設定画を初めて見たときは、「うわ、カッコ悪っ！！」と確かに思った。
しかし、ウォーカーマシンとしてはザブングルよりも世界観に馴染んでるし、何より放送を見たら無茶苦茶カッコええやん！になった典型的なパターン。
主人公のイメージにもピッタリで見事なデザインだと思う。

サンライズが戦略的にガンダムの後継を目指して作ったのはダグラムでしょ
ザブングルは監督降板とかあって、急遽でっち上げた企画
それに作品は面白いしウォーカーマシンも魅力的ではあるけど、重機的なメカでモビルスーツの代わりにはならなかった
その次のダンバインはファンタジー路線に挑戦
富野監督は２つ目のガンダムなんて作りたくはなかった

ザブングルは、プラモデル出たのが放送開始からずいぶんと時間たってた記憶。
ガンダムは、ブームに火が付いたのは再放送だったので、みんなが欲しいと思ったときにはプラモデルは、かなり出そろっていた。

普通に楽しんでみてたけどな。
放送当時はプラモデルのデザインがアニメ設定と微妙に違うのが気に入らなかったけど、大人になってから考えるとあれで正解だったと思っている。
ギャリアはハイコンプリートモデルの出来が良くて気に入っていたな。

そんで主役メカのザブングルが後になったのは、主役メカも悪魔でその世界観の中の機体のひとつでしかないという理由から意図的に後に回したと当時から言われてた。
