最初から羽ゼロはゼロと全く変わらない同一機体って設定だったのに
スパロボF完でゼロの強化でゼロカスタムとか言う名前にしたせいで混乱が

スパロボ関係なくハナから無意味にカスタムとなっててかねてからツッこまれ続けてきた設定を
整合性をとるために後付けしたのが敗者のトールギスfでプロトゼロを修理したカスタム機という設定

ぶっちゃけウイングに限った話でもないじゃん
他のアナザーや宇宙世紀でも油断するとさらっとバリエーションや設定がうろちょろしたり見た目変化無いのに別物になったりするし

EW出た当時の雑誌でもう演出の都合で見た目は違うけどTV版ゼロから全く改造してない同じ機体って説明されてたけど
最初からカスタム扱いなんてされてなくない？

とりあえずプロトゼロ2号機は
「カトルのゼロ」→「ヒイロのゼロ=ゼロ『カスタム』」
この要素を軸にしてTV版EW版ゼロのデザイン違いや呼称ネタを再構成して物語上に組み込んだ機体、とメタ的に認識してる
