ムウさん今でこそボロクソに言われてるけど初めはスレッガーさんみたいな人いて新鮮だなって楽しく見てたし色んな意味で今までのガンダムに足りない物を補ってるなって思った

新しいガンダム始まるってー！って楽しみにしてた
結構グロ多めなのは当時苦手だったけどバンクとか全然気にせず最後まで見たな
デュエルとバスターの合体技とかクルーゼ戦とかリアルタイムで見れて良かった

始まった前後の空気で言ったら髭の方が凄かったぞ
主人公機があのビジュアルでザクとかカプールが発掘されて来てどうなってんだこれってなってた

作品自体は原理主義者みたいなの以外は割と好意的に受け止めてたよ
ただ今でも流行ってる作品であるようなキッズがそこら中で暴れ散らかして話題にすると荒れるから辞めろみたいな扱いになりかけてそこに変なのが便乗してきた

    始まる前はさほど話題になってなかったような
    始まってからは2chのスレの荒れっぷりが凄かった
    アンチスレでしかまともに会話できなかったからずっとアンチスレに入り浸ってたな

    当時、関東から離れて地方に住んでいたので、アニメはゴールデンタイムの大衆向け作品しか放送していなかった。そんな中でガンダムSEEDが放送されると知って、友人達とお祭り騒ぎになったな…

    当時はボンボンに拒否られるくらいガンダムは終わってたんだよな
    絶滅戦争や民族紛争要素を入れてよく盛り返せたもんだ

    髭の後だからまあそうなるよな、と思った
    リメイクみたいな要素もあったしキャラデ以外は文句なかった

    フリーダムの回はねー　というかこの監督、
    サイバーフォーミュラーとかの後継機回もめっちゃかっこよくてな。そういう直球の人なんだよな

    まあフレイとかあの辺は苦手でしたわ

    キャラデザの人の傾向なんだろうけど、人物の重要度や好き嫌いを
    外見に反映させすぎるのが当時から気になってた
    モブを本当に適当に描くので(大体は目が小さい)分かりやすくはあるが

    新世代のガンダムを作るって大口叩いてたから楽しみに待ってたら、蓋開けると過去ガンダムの良いところをパクりまくったタイトルだったからげんなりした記憶
    フリーダム出るあたりからオリジナリティ感じてたけど、その頃にはキラの性格が受け入れられなくなってしまってたな…

    当時中学生だったから純粋に楽しみで
    毎週欠かさず録画して見てたな
    でも、そのあと久しぶりにターンエー見返したら
    圧倒的にターンエーの方が面白くて、SEEDは駄作だと気づいたんだよな
    思えば、あれが富野信者としての俺の目覚めだったかもしれん

    好きな人には悪いけど、ムウさんとフレイの声優を見てこの二人はどちらか一方は生き残れないと思った
    特にフレイの声優の人はこの頃は不幸じゃないキャラを演じてるのを探す方が難しかった気がする

    キャラデザがスクライドの人で監督がサイバーフォーミュラの人と知って物凄く期待してたし
    何処かで「２１世紀の1st」って話をみてちょうどイラク戦争もやってたから最低でもVガンみたいな演出はやるだろうと思ってたけど、結果は……

    初めての世代ガンダムだったからプラモ絶対欲しい！って興奮したなあ
    FGストライク買ってもらってアニメ見ながらガンマカでベチャベチャにしてた
    親友とシーン再現ごっこしたりグロシーンうわぁって何度も見たりあの頃は純粋じゃった

    ∀が99年で種は2000年代
    90年代初頭を知っていたら種放送前の雰囲気について何か意味が変わるのか？

    ていうか90年代初頭のコンテンツの柱はSDガンダムだぞ
    公式2次創作が本編より盛り上がってた時期の話持ち出して何が言いたいんだろう
    会話が出来ない奴の書き込みは翻訳が難しいな

    自滅したのは金の卵を産む鶏に
    次の卵を急がせるあまり締め殺した経営陣で種じゃないぞ

    それに利益分を台無しにする程損害が出たなら
    今の今までゲームやガンプラなど各コンテンツに最優先で種が枠を確保されたり
    HDリマスターを種種死両方やったりしないんだわ

    ああごめんね最優先は過剰だったわ
    でもユニコーンとか宇宙世紀ラインが動いてる現状で
    1stの優先度はそこまで高くないと思うぞ
    「とりあえずビール」的な定番ではあるけど
    ガンダム以外に絶対出てくる1stの常連MSっていないじゃない
    最新作がまず第一、種と1stはその次くらいじゃないか

    なりふり構わない焼き畑商法で逃げ切れたはずが
    一転、急遽続編をやることになってしまい

    Ｗで増えて08で減って、∀でディープなファン以外ほぼいなくなった。
    ガンダムは世間からはオワコンっていうか、見向きもされてなかった。
    ＳＥＥＤでよく立て直したと思うわ。
    GGENERATION-FからのGGENERATION NEO爆売れと、
    ゲーム層も一気に増えたし、勢いがあったな。

    間違いなくseed関連でガンダムのファンは増えたよ
    SD全盛期までとは言わないがライトなファンも増えて知名度も高かった
    30年来のガンダム視聴者だが、そんなに言うほど酷くなかったぞ
    個人的に00の方が受け付けなかった

    1話のEDの入り方はびっくりするくらい引き込まれたわ
    当時ガンダムどころかロボットアニメすら興味なくて何なら若干バカにしてるくらいのクソガキだったのになんの気無しに見た1話で完全に心を鷲掴みにされた思い出

    SD人気も落ちて人気や雰囲気的にもガンダムは畳むと思われてた

    その当時の周辺事情で言うと
    ９０年代後半からのフィギュアブームに乗って
    MSinACやGFF等のアクションフィギュアシリーズの充実
    海外展開はW・Gが大ヒット
    ガンプラ関係ではHGUCやMG・PGの登場により好調と
    ∀の不振はあったがシリーズ全体としてはまだ好調で
    それ程「終わった感」が有った訳じゃないから

    何で経営目線なのかわからんけど
    過去作を海外に展開して好調でも
    内輪に向いたファンアイテムとしてのガンプラその他が好調でも
    アニメとしてのガンダムは国内では終わった雰囲気だったのは間違いないよ

    フィギュアガンプラをアニメファンがみんな嗜んでるわけでもないのに
    トータルでの経営事情を語られても反応に困る

    おそらくアニメ界の狭い範囲でしか見ていなかったからじゃない？
    シーン全体をある程度俯瞰してみていたら
    あの当時でも「終わった」でなく「小休止に入ったかな」位は読み取れた筈。

    終わってはいなかった
    むしろ盛り返してぐらい、HGUCやMGの充実、ゲームではVSシリーズやジオニックフロント。
    ファーストとWの二枚看板で初代やMSV絶盤キットなんかもガンガン再販してた時期だし。
    SEEDは放送始まるまではキャラはWの焼き直し、ストライクの換装はライガーゼロや平成ウルトラマンのパクリ感が強かった
    あと一番最初プラモ化されたアストレイが本編には出ないとされていて、何がしたいのかよく分からんイメージもあった。

    当時のアニラジだと業界の人達の期待値がすごく高かったな。
    デザインもターンAやウイングゼロみたいなとんでも性能の機体の後だったので、あのシンプルなストライクのデザインと性能は自分の周囲のガンオタにはかなり好意的に受け止められてた。

    ストライクのマスク部分を立体でどう再現するんだろうと期待してたら、プラモでは比較的オーソドックスなガンダム顔でちょっとガッカリしたな。
    後、キャラデザがスクライドの人なのに、やたらお目々キラキラで微妙だなぁと思ってた。
    本編は宇宙世紀のパッチワーク感が強かったけど、フリーダム初登場とか所々盛り上がってたから結構楽しんで見たな～。なお種死…。

    ガンダムに興味持ち出してちょっとした頃で、21世紀最初のガンダムが始まるみたいな感じでワクワクしてたなあ。ガンダム一切興味無い奴も視聴させた作品になったのは凄いんだけど、エロいシーンがやたら多くて苦手だった。最終回でフレイが死んだとこだけチャンネル変えたし。(母親も一緒に見てたせいもある)あと正直性的すぎて種シリーズのOPは好みじゃない。
