    富野曰くハマーンは漁夫の利で登り詰めははしたが大志とか無い小物。
    人類に失望ばかりしていたが最後にジュドーの強さの前に敗れて若い希望も育ってるのを見届けて満足して散っていった。

    人に勝手に絶望して攻撃的になってるあたりカテジナの原型感ある
