グリプス戦争→脱出装置が標準装備しかし滅多に作動しない
サザビーでやっとそれなりに有効な脱出装置完成って感じだろうか

精密機械の塊のMSのうえ装甲の内側にコクピットあるから動作不良で脱出出来ない事も少ないと解釈している
パイロットはたまったもんじゃないだろうけど

    エジェクターだって100パー作動するわけじゃない、整備不良だの被弾の衝撃でイカれたので作動しなかったのかもしれない。
    スイッチ入れるパイロットが、被弾の衝撃で操作が遅れたり、画面に写らなかっただけで部品がはねてケガしてやっぱり操作が遅れたのかもしれない。
    わりとどーとでもそれなりに理由つけられると思うが。
    それなりはそれなりなり。

    地上の場合リックディアスだと
    20ｍの高さからボトって下に落ちるだけなんじゃないか？
    その高さからの落下に耐えられても
    当然乗ってたモビルスーツは爆発するし
