旧日本軍はそれをやらなかったので信用されず病院船でも問答無用で攻撃された
まあ旧日本軍は実際病院船で兵員輸送とかしていたんだけどね

日米お互いにそれを承知の上で病院船を運用してた
そして攻撃されたのは濃霧で視界が悪くその上1隻だけでの単独航行と足が速く直進していたために潜水艦から見ると病院船と思えなかったから
