ジオンが完全勝利するんじゃなくて連邦と手打ちにして終われば

少なくともオデッサまではジオンも敗色濃厚というわけでもなかった
というか他でもないこの人自身がオデッサ勝利のだったわけでアムロが来るまではこの人もジオンの勝利信じてたと思う

確かに連邦の物量は作中ではそこまで誇張されてない
だが戦争から僅か1年でアレだけ盛り返してるというのが設定
1年で終わったから苦戦しただけで後数ヶ月も違えば10：1くらいになってた事は設定から分かること

一年で終わったのは連邦の奮戦よりもシャアがキシリアを殺した事が大きい
連邦は総戦力で青葉区に挑んだがジオンは本国とグラナダにまだ余力があった
一年で終わらなかったら、ちきうに疫病・難民・飢餓・異常気象問題を抱える連邦の方がよほどきつい状況に陥っていたよ

オリジンでは綱渡りの両軍を股にかけた世渡りしてたことで、ルウムではエルランのコネがないとレビル将軍を脱獄させられなかったとか後付け設定が出てきたけど

良くて引き分け、オデッサの戦力に大打撃受けても、ソロモンに向ける戦力は
健在だし、ビグザムは被害が増えても時間切れで自滅するし、シャアがザビ家
暗殺やめないだろうから、結局大勢に影響なさそう

テレビ放映時の設定だとジム無しでドム集団と戦う局面となる。
