現代は軍隊でも基本的に（建前上）体罰全否定の方向なんですがそれは…（民主主義国限定。なお西側でも韓国など後進国は含まない）

韓国軍も暴力行為禁止通達出てるぞ。それでもなくならんのは、他の国と大して変わらん。
韓国軍の問題は徴兵逃れ者への苛烈ないじめと、徴兵経験者が軍隊ノリを一般企業とかに持ち込むことや。
日本でも元自衛官なんかは似たようなノリやけど。

体罰が駄目ならそれに変わる罰を与えなきゃいけないのに、設備投資もせずそれを可能とする方法が今の時代は無いんだもんな。

体罰の加減が分かる人ばかりじゃないからな
修正のつもりで間違って大怪我負わせたら損害を出してるのは指導者の方だ

軍隊の辛いところは一定期間は除隊が不可能なところ
駄目なら辞めれば良いという基本的なお題目すら通じないから結果殴ってでも修正する必要が出てくるわけだ
これと戦闘中の命令は絶対が重なるともうメチャクチャになる

正規の軍人ならまだしも民間人に強制戦闘させて殴るのはクソだと思う
ガンダムとホワイトベース明け渡して投降という選択肢だってあるわけだし
国のためには命を捨てるのが当たり前な昭和の価値観だよね

民間人を徴用して少年兵パイロットとして戦わせてる事も割とアレだけど
①特定パイロットに集中的に負荷をかける運用をかけて過剰に心身を磨り減らせる
②その事に対してまともなケアを実行しない
③それによって生じた不調によりパイロットが出撃不能を申し出たら上司が暴力を振るって出撃を強要する

こんなんがリアル軍隊だで起こったら現場の管理職だけじゃなくて軍のトップや閣僚も辞任しなきゃいけないどこかかへたすりゃ政権ふっとんで首相(or大統領)
が辞任しなきゃいけないくらい許されない不祥事だぞ……
