MGゼータプラスの説明書のSSによると
オレンジ＋白は単なる試作機のテストカラー
肩のはもともとゼータプラスA型のAとして描かれたのをアムロが「ちょっと変えて俺のパーソナルマークにしようかな」
という話だった

デモンストレーションカラーの機体にアムロが乗ったってだけで、パーソナルカラーて訳ではないのだろう。
アムロはわざわざパーソナルカラーとか発注しなさそうだし。
赤いディアスにもその事に文句ひとつ言わずに乗ってたしね

何かの試験用に格納庫に置いてあったが急遽アムロにMSが必要になって色そのままで渡したとか？
アムロは専用機カラーのようなものもなく本人も執着がないので誰も変えずにずっとそのまま
