水星に関する作品と言ったら…テッカマンの「アンドロー危機いっぱつ」でアンドローがワルダスターに向かって水星の気温を説明するのが印象に残っている。昼は430度、夜は－160度とても人間が生きていける環境じゃないんだ！

ＳＦファン的には、水星が題材かもしれないって事で、アシモフとかの古典ＳＦを原典としてるダブルオー以来の期待がある。水星ってのは、いまだに未知の部分が多い惑星だし、物語の舞台になることも少ないので浪漫を感じる。ただ、同時に、文字通りの太陽系第一惑星の事かどうかは疑ってもいる。

ガンダムのタイトルだけでとりあえず見てやろうという気持ちにはなるから他の新規ロボットアニメよりは遥かに有利なポジションだし、そんなクソ下らないバイアスなんて気にしてないと思うよ
実物を撮影する実写特撮ヒーローなんかと違ってアニメは作画に膨大な人数が関わるから注目作品の情報を誰一人匿名でもお漏らししないってのは考え難いし、現時点では本当に何も出来上がってないから、という可能性の方が高い気がする
