オレだが幾ら何でもティーンエージャーはないだろ　あんなにオッサン臭さ全開で
つまりロボアニメの範疇でもＳＦ文学作品として本質的な名だたる名作品だから
オッサンの若い若い詐欺が通用するんだな　わかった　ガンダムはこの初代以外全部
焼き捨てて構わん　それほど完璧だった　ただララァが死んで何か棒人間みたいなのが
宇宙に浮いてる草原みたいなの笑って？走ってるすんごいシーンすらなければ・・・！

有名な理由としては富野節が絶好調だからだろ
大人ポジション（一応）の艦長に殴られた少年主人公の反応として「親父にも打たれたことがないのに」は想像の斜め上にぶっ飛びすぎ
調子外れすぎてお笑いのネタになるくらいだし、いい意味でも悪い意味でも天才的だわ

逆に現代で考えたら
『親の言う事聞いてばかりで、逆らってその道を外れた事がない』って意味にもとれるしな。
Ｇジェネ知識だがそのシーンまでのやり取り上、アムロの言ってる事って
「護ってもくれないし、ご褒美もくれないし、僕がやらなきゃダメって理由ないよね？」
っていう子供の甘えと弱気だったし、だからフラウの「代わりに乗る」ってのも刺さる

いや、いくら昔は体罰が容認されてたからって別に推奨されてたわけでもないし、殴られるのは悪ガキだけで大半の人は「殴られもしないで一人前になる」のが当たり前だったからな？
アムロの言ってることだって「戦いが怖い、死ぬのが怖い、夜もろくに寝られない」という戦争神経症のなりかけみたいなもんで甘えでも何でもなく、それを殴って無理やり戦わせようとする方が無茶苦茶
そういうごく普通の少年であるアムロが戦争という理不尽に放り込まれる様子を描いたから名シーンなんだし、ガンダムがリアルだと言われる所以
