        ザク以降の新型ＭＳ＆戦艦etcが視聴率計測不能のてこ入れで突貫で入れられた上に
        作画がバンバン倒れて人が入れ替わりまくったからもう作画チェックまともに出来る奴もいなくてめちゃくちゃよ

        ガンダムのおっちゃんがかがんでジャベリンずーるずるで
        ガウを真っ二つにするのがなんかネタ扱いされてるけど
        出典がイセリナ恋のあとだというのはわりと知られてない

        最初のシーンは上側斬ってて次のシーンでは下側を斬っててなぜか上下両方一刀両断になるシーンだからそらネタになるわよ
        棒の部分も斬れるならわかるが・・・

        Bー2爆撃機のような全翼機の下側にデカい格納庫を付けたと考えれば
        割と説得力のある形だと思う
        案外とびそうで面白い形してるんだけどね
        プラモなんかも、もう少し大きいスケールで胴体の貨物室が再現されてたりすると
        結構面白いものが出来そうで割と好きなんだけどね

        やりたかったのは未来少年コナンのギガントなんだと思う
        （実はコナンのギガントよりガウの方がちょっと大きい）
        が、宮崎駿並のアニメーターがいなきゃ無理なんだよねｗ

        宇宙皇国のジオンが侵略用に作った大気圏用機だし、エンジンで無理矢理飛行してたり、ゲート開いて空気抵抗で減速したり、後付け設定としても面白い機体だと思う
        頑張って整合性や理由付けして、それなりに説得力あるし、アニメ的にもその構図や構造の方が見た目の迫力とかあるしで
        ジオン側のホワイトベース的立場はザンジバルだけど、地上限定だけどMSを複数機のっけて長距離移動できるガウって、ジオン側主役の外伝でのホワイトベース的扱いできそうな感じで好きなんよ
        ザンジバルみたいに高級じゃないから、それなりに下っ端部隊積んでてもお無しくないし

        20年くらい前になんかの雑誌で、実際の空港とジャンボジェットが写った写真にガウのCGを貼り付けた写真あったけど、ガウってこんなにデカいんだと思うくらいには大きかった覚えがあるんだが
